Returns & Refunds policy

We want you to love your ClayTika treasures, as each piece is handmade with care. Please take a moment to read our policy before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings and jewellery.

• Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at claytika.creates@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.

• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued if your item arrives damaged or faulty and a replacement is not possible.

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this, your order may already be in progress and cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Issues

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to cover the re-shipping fee.

• Once your package is handed over to Royal Mail, we cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed deliveries, but we’ll always do our best to help track them down.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
